Dylan Fletcher and Hannah Mills are preparing their team AC40s for the second Louis Vuitton 38th America’s Cup Preliminary Regatta (PR2) in Naples with racing commencing on the Friday 25 September .
Now recovered from the incident between GB1 and a Tudor Team Alinghi chase boat, that damaged the starboard foil, GB1 are back on the water and expected to take part in the practice racing Thursday.
Race days are 25 and 26 September, with three races each afternoon.
After eight scheduled fleet races, the top two contest the match-race final, winner takes all on Sunday 27 September.
The AC38 teams are racing in their AC40 yachts with both senior and youth and women teams . . .
