Mattia Di Martino and Nina Cittar of Italy are the 2026 Nacra 15 World Champions, despite a strong final day challenge by compatriots Alessandro Vargiu and Noa Lisci.
Vargiu and Lisci won the two final races but Martino and Cittar had done enough to confirm their overall victory.
Third place went to Anahita Fontanille and Jean-Albert Leo of France.
In fourth were Dylan Tomko and Casey Small of the USA who finished strongly over the final two days, winning two races.
The leading British competitors were Marcus King and Maddie Jinks in 23rd, and Patrick Hill and Jessica Patterson in 26th.
