San Pedro Olympic Classes Regatta – Day 2 for 49er, 49erFX and Nacra 17

Three more races completed for the 49er, 49erFX and the Nacra 17, at the San Pedro, USA Olympic Classes Regatta.

In the men’s 49er after six races, Richard SCHULTHEIS and Fabian RIEGER of Germany are tied for the lead on 23 pts with Harry PRICE and Max PAUL of Australia.

In third place are Erwan FISCHER / Clément PÉQUIN of France with 27 pts. Britain’s James GRUMMETT and Rhos HAWES (8, -18, 5) are 7th with 37 pts.

Winners of the Tuesdays first race were Jakob MEGGENDORFER and Andreas SPRANGER of Germany, winner of the second Erwan FISCHER and Clément PÉQUIN, and of the third race Hernán UMPIERRE and Fernando DIZ of Uruguay.
