The first phase of the 13th edition of Foiling Week has come to a close. Until July 5th, the international event continues to bring the global foiling community together in Malcesine.

The RTYC 15 boat fleet had a busy seven-race Spring Series on short courses in the area between the North and South Forelands, or between Broadstairs and Sandwich Bay as far as Deal. Conditions varied from a full gale to a flat calm.

The Island Offshore Race to the Arctic fleet is enjoying a well-earned lay day in Kristiansund today after completing two demanding offshore legs. Tomorrow morning at 10:00, the race resumes with Leg 3 – a 250-nautical-mile challenge north.
