Youth sailing is a key focus for any club. Healthy clubs have a healthy youth membership. Oxford Sailing Club benefits from the expanse that is Farmoor reservoir and has a rich youth heritage as a recognized venue for many significant events.

In cooperation with the engineer and builder Snediker Yacht Restorations, we produced a high-quality casting. It is approx. 43,000 lb. Snediker has now successfully fitted the keel to the hull and is in the process of installing the keel bolts.

Nineteen sailors travelled to Chipstead SC lake to contest Race 6 of the DF95 Met & Southern Travellers Open Meeting. The Wind was from the North East not an ideal direction with its strength at the top end of a DF95 A rig.

The day dawned bright but chilly at Trent Valley, location for the next round of the Midland, Classic and Vintage Series. We were greeted with bacon sandwiches and tea while looking at beautiful views of the River Trent and surrounding countryside.
